The three-story main house offers five private bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, while two additional bedrooms are situated on the second floor.

The main kitchen includes a wine refrigerator and standalone ice maker. A convenient first-floor kitchenette provides additional space for storing drinks and preparing snacks.
A private elevator offers easy access between all floors of the main house, while a first-floor laundry room adds convenience for extended Destin beach vacations.
